PATRON LIST - Order Form
You can download our order form for the Patron List at any time with the link below. New patrons can be added at any time, however, our Patrons List is set up to be an annual program, with the tier awards applicable to that years' performances and events. The only exception is for anyone who joins after February at the Platinum tier, their Free Singing Valentine will be honored the following year.
